Tokyo-Gas started installation of "New SI-sensor" which records waveform data on Jan. 1998 to 3600 gas regulators. If we will be able to detect liquefaction using only waveform data at 3600 points soon after large earthquake, accurate liquefaction area and pipeline damage could be estimated quickly.
